The design-, procurement- and construction management effort is lead by ASTRA team. The works on site commenced in Q2 2023 and the program is set for a Q4 2025 target FPG

In collaboration with our long term partner CONINCO 3C – ASTRA is in charge of project management services of the trendy new Vietnamese brands Hanoi flagship outlet. The building will feature 300+ rooms and highly tech infused facilities.

Rent-office in Trung Hoa – FIVE 9 Building to deliver exceptional value for price for its tenants. The design standards are of a category – “A” office yet the building offered renting fees. Competing in Cat B segment.

ASTRA commenced Project Management services on the complex Skyline Marriot West Lake Project in Q3 2024.. Located on the currently booming Vo Chi Cong area, the project will feature luxury apartments, offices and Marriott Executive Apartments block on the higher floors.

SAILODY 4star HOTEL

Tuan Chau island
ASTRA, planning manager of the project has integrated and managed project definition, concept and schematic design phases for the 900 key hospitality complex.

Operator, master planner, concept architect, landscape, ID designer and local general Designer were in the design team to be managed by ASTRA. The project, to be located on Tuan Chau island has been integrated into a complete revitalization and re-master-planning of the greater area encompasses the whole East side of the island.
