Our Client, a Furniture contractor commissioned ASTRA for construction management services on a 600 apartments fix furnitures package and an 80 apartments furniture and fitout package. Handover of both packages were in Q1 2020.

Van Don Airport
Van Don Airport fit-out package Contractor commissioned ASTRA for provision of construction management service during the final handover phase of the works. The airport opened in Q4 2018.

Our Client, a Singaporean private fund commissioned ASTRA to undertake a permanent audit of the ongoing construction works of the newest 3 towers in the Vinhomes Smart City township.

Our Client, an EPC contractor with hired ASTRA to research and integrate improvements to existing QAQC system allowing high end quality finishes for their contracted 67 semi-detach shophouses.
CAG Facade Factory

In 2018, ASTRA was awarded as the Project Management Consultant for the CAG Factory, a leading company in Vietnam and the region specializing in the consultancy, design, manufacturing, and installation of architectural aluminum and glass façade systems. ASTRA worked closely with the Client throughout the project implementation, providing comprehensive project management support. Leveraging its extensive experience and professional expertise, ASTRA focused on managing project schedule, quality, and costs, while ensuring effective coordination among all project stakeholders. This project marked an important milestone in demonstrating and strengthening ASTRA’s capabilities in Project Management Consultancy for industrial projects.
BAO QUAN HOLLOW CORE SLAB FACTORY

In 2020, ASTRA participated in the construction project of the Bao Quan Hollow Core Slab Factory, working alongside the Client throughout the project implementation. With its professional expertise and construction management experience, ASTRA contributed to controlling project schedule and quality, as well as facilitating effective coordination among all stakeholders, helping ensure the project was delivered efficiently and in line with its objectives.
