PROJECT PREPARATION
A key importance conduct during very early stages of projects. Once properly undertaken, will ensure a smooth project implementation. Any error in the below, however can have major impact on the whole project later on.
ASTRA will support and work together with Investor, provide technical assessment for successful and accurate setting up of:
- Outline budget
- Outline timeline
- Packaging strategy
- Design strategy
PROJECT/PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT
ASTRA will undertake the full Project management role on Investors project. Consists of:
- Project protocol, organization and administration
- Budget, procurement, tender, contract, financial management and administration
- Design management
- Construction management
- Programme management that all above components are done in timely manner follow project programme and schedule required by Investor.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
ASTRA will undertake Construction management so that all below fields are conducted in organized and effective manner during the construction period:
- Construction administration, organization and protocol,
- Site arrangement, security, access and HSE
- Coordination amongst various contractors
- Design issuance and interpretation
- Change management
- Schedule / progress management
- Manage the handover to Investor / final user of premises
CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION
ASTRA will carry out the construction supervision of the construction works as regulated in various legislative requirements of Vietnam.
- Preparation works including working drawings, material approvals, detailed working methods
- Verification of eligibility to commence works on site
- Consistent supervision of the ongoing works, monitor quality and intervention whereas necessary
- Undertake official inspections (quality check hold-points of works)
- Undertake the handover of works
ASTRA TO CONSULTANTS & CONTRACTORS
PM - CM - QAQC SYSTEM INTEGRATION
For main consultants seeking to outsource such services, ASTRA will provide with sub-consultancy services of integrated project, construction management and construction supervision. Such sub-consultancy may consist of. Once starting a new project, opting to outsource to an experienced special consultant as ASTRA may substantially reduce the main consultants risks and over stressing internal organization of main consultant. ASTRA, as your sub – consultant shall:
- Prepare and adopt to actual project requirements and implement on the project the procedures, protocols and documentation interfaces of project-, construction management and construction supervision
- Provide human resource in line with the main consultant actual in house manpower and outsource needs
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
With state of art construction management procedures, ASTRA may provide with sub-consultancy services of Construction management that may consist of:
- Provision of entire construction management procedures system
- Review system in place, augment and enhance in view of improvements required / envisioned
- Provision of skilled construction manager to work with your construction management team, support partially or undertake the whole construction manager scope.
SUPERVISION SYSTEM OPTIMIZATION
Main consultants and EPC contractors - so as to comply construction regulations the construction works are subject to mandatory construction supervision that is undertaken by authorized staffs and compliant procedures. Main consultant may seek to outsource the construction supervision process so as to comply all related requirements. ASTRA shall:
- Provide procedures required for a successful and compliant undertaking of the supervision and / or
- Provide the human resources
- Deliver the construction supervision services as a 1 point contact hassle free sub consultancy solution
PROGRESS OPTIMIZATION
Main consultants and contractors may seek to review their project amidst evolving or persistent delays so as to identify potential sources of progress enhancement.
ASTRA will thoroughly review the project and prepare progress improving recommendations and / or take part in implementation of such recommendations.
