Such sub-consultancy may consist of. Once starting a new project, opting to outsource to an experienced special consultant as ASTRA may substantially reduce the main consultants risks and over stressing internal organization of main consultant. ASTRA, as your sub – consultant shall:

- Prepare and adopt to actual project requirements and implement on the project the procedures, protocols and documentation interfaces of project-, construction management and construction supervision

- Provide human resource in line with the main consultant actual in house manpower and outsource needs.
